Terms of Registration and Payment
- The registration of participation is binding.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to veranstaltung@uniklinik-freiburg.de
- Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the event are free of charge.
- Cancellations up to 15 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
- The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following the reception of the invoice (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
- The conference program may be subject to changes.
- Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client such as travel costs, accommodation or any other expenses.
