FACS Analysis

Booking of Flow Cytometers

  • Please be sure that you have attended the appropriate introductory course.
  • Please write your name, phone number and your laboratory name in the booking calendar system.
  • Please reserve your appointments at least two days before use.
  • The maximum length of a single appointment is two hours between the hours of 11:00 and 16:00. Longer appointments should be scheduled outside of this time period.
  • The appointments are binding.
  • If you have to cancel an appointment, please delete it from the calendar.
  • Please inform the next user when you are delayed.

3 - The Sony SP6800 ZE spectral analyzer has a novel spectral detector, allowing the unmixing (separation) and analysis of multiple colors simultaneously (up to 20).

4 - The Sony ID7000 spectral analyzer has 5 decks of spectral detectors, allowing the unmixing (separation) and analysis of multiple colors simultaneously (more than 40).

Please contact the Lighthouse staff for advice on which machine would be best suited for your experiments, or for help with panel design, as well as to ask about the date and time of the next training session.
