The workshop will be limited to 100 research-active attendees from academia and industry – so please apply early to avoid disappointment. Preference will be given to authors of submitted abstracts.

Registration is a two-step process: 1. application, 2. confirmation.
During the registration process you will be asked to upload your abstract. The abstract template (MS Word document - please do not change formatting / page size / margins...) can be downloaded here. Once accepted, you will be sent a confirmation and an access code to finalise your registration. Please do not send any payment prior to confirmation of acceptance. 

Your abstract can be revised at any time between your confirmation of acceptance and 01 August - the final deadline for abstract submission / revisions.

As in the past, we will offer heavily discounted trainee registration. Please note that, for transparency reasons, we are required to separately identify the meeting Conference fee (include access to all scientific and main social aspects of the workshop programme (morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon tea, as well as welcome reception)) and the Social Programme fee. We offer, as an alternative, an 'all-in-package', consisting of a discounted Conference fee plus the Social Programme fee. We strongly recommend the latter. 
Please note that it will not be possible to book additional tickets on-site.
