Brain Products BrainAmp-MR and ExG Amplifiers

For concurrent data aquisition with fMRI, a 64-channel EEG amplifier as well as a 16-channel bipolar amplifier for further electrophysiological recordings (e.g., EMG, EDA) are available on-site at the TIM TRIO located at the Medical Physics.

NeuroScan SynAmps EEG Amplifier

Further EEG equipment of the FBI is situated at the Department of Neurology. For instance, a 32-channel EEG amplifier that is suitable for research requiring mobile application such as in clinical studies.

NORA Imaging Platform

Nora is a web-based framework for medical image analysis. It has been developed to bridge the gap between research and clinic. It provides a high-level web-interface accessible from any web browser to visualize, organize, process and share data in a very customizable way.

Computing Cluster

A small computing cluster based is available for image analysis. MATLAB and shell script interfaces to the cluster are available.
