Description
MEDIASRES was an international PhD programme for highly motivated young scientists, where state-of-the-art research was combined with a comprehensive training programme. The scientific network goal was to develop tailor-made statistical methodology for meeting specific current and future challenges in diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic research and systematic reviews. MEDIASRES was coordinated by the Medical Center - University of Freiburg (notably Professor Martin Schumacher), has started on January 1, 2012 and has been carried out over a period of 4 years. The network consisted of seven academic partner institutions and three partners from industry.
The network was funded by the European Community’s Seventh Framework programme FP7/2011. MEDIASRES was successfully completed in 2016. Project summary and further information at www.mediasres-itn.eu
